Refund & cancellation policy

This policy explains how the free trial, cancellation, plan changes and refund requests work for Pinnacle Terminal, provided by Blackline Solutions SL (NIF B26574640). It forms part of the Terms of service.

Free trial

• New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial with full access. A card is required to start it.
• Nothing is charged today and nothing is charged before day 8.
• If you cancel from Manage subscription in the app before the trial ends, you are not charged.
• If you don't cancel, the plan starts automatically when the trial ends and the first payment is charged: €89 for the monthly plan or €229 for the quarterly plan, VAT included.
• One free trial per customer. If the card or email you use already had a free trial, the trial does not apply and the plan is charged on the day you subscribe.

How to cancel

Open the app at app.pinnacleterminal.io, go to Manage subscription and cancel. You can do this at any time.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (the current month on the monthly plan, or the current 3-month period on the quarterly plan). No further renewals are charged after you cancel, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Switching between plans

You can switch between monthly and quarterly from Manage subscription. The change is prorated. Switching plans during the free trial ends the trial at that moment and billing for the new plan starts then.

Refunds

Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself generate a refund for a billing period that has already started. If you think you were charged in error, or you want to make a refund request, contact Telegram support with the email you used to subscribe and the date of the charge. Requests are reviewed in line with this policy and applicable consumer law.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer, you may have rights under the consumer protection law of your place of residence, including, in the European Union, rules on withdrawal from distance contracts. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights.

Your invoices and the card on file are available in Manage subscription in the app.
