Information collected on this website

The public calculators work in your browser and do not save the odds or bankroll you enter. An affiliate application collects your name, email, website or channel, audience size and message. Staff sign-in uses account and session information. Infrastructure providers may process technical request and security data.

Why we use information

Affiliate application details are used to assess applications and contact applicants, based on steps taken at your request and legitimate interests in administering the programme. Staff account data supports restricted access and security. Do not include sensitive personal information in an application message.

Storage and recipients

Affiliate applications are stored in Lovable Cloud with access restricted to authorised administrators. Hosting, authentication and infrastructure providers may process information on our behalf. The final policy must document the selected providers, processing locations, transfers and retention periods.

Retention and your rights

Information should be kept only for the period needed for its stated purpose and applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to eligible processing. Contact Telegram support. You can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your local supervisory authority.

Cookies and analytics

Staff sign-in uses session storage to keep staff authenticated. No optional analytics tracking script is configured by default. Before adding non-essential tracking, assess consent requirements and update this policy and any needed consent controls.

The separate application

The trading app at app.pinnacleterminal.io is a separate service. This website policy must be aligned with the application's account, billing, tracker and Telegram processing before launch. The public site does not access your betting-app account or bet history.
